The Meyer Lab studies RNA regulatory pathways that control gene expression and cell function. We have a particular interest in understanding how RNA methylation (m6A) is regulated in cells and how it controls RNA function in the nervous system and other tissues. Our lab also develops new methods to facilitate studies of m6A and RNA:protein interactions in cells.
